How can you not allow PO boxes in the shipping address...and yet my package shows up in my PO box? My local PO will, absolutely WILL, return the next package you send to my street address. They insist that the PO Box be on the label. Why can't you do this?

we are a farm without a physical mailing address. Being able to ship to a PO box would make it more likely that we choose your product over another company that will ship to a PO box.

This would be HUGE!! The United States Postal Service doesn't go to my house. Shipping to PO Boxes would save me so much time!!

There are some people who are unable to get mail at their residence. So the post office requires those people to have a P.O. Box. So unless these people can find a friend or family member to ship their order to, they are unable to order your amazing products. Which is a shame.

Accept PO Box numbers with physical address for shipping

Hello again. Yes, other companies have the same issue with PO Box numbers, however, when we enter the physical address (along with PO Box number), they accept and place the order and ship .. while vendor may need the physical address and believe that is where it is being shipped, ALL mail in Nunavut, Canada goes to PO Boxes. There is no street delivery. If your coders could allow the PO Box to be accepted (along with the physical address) then it would all work and we could place the order. It is being rejected because the PO Box is in the address. Until then we are sadly unable to order since it would never arrive to the customer without the PO Box on the label.

A lot of addresses on Hawai‘i must use P.O. boxes because mail isn't delivered directly to the house in rural areas.
