I love both depending on what I need and how many I need. Regardless the quality between the two are the same.

The roll labels make productivity faster in comparison to sheet labels. The quality is amazing as most of their products are of great quality.

I've used the Roll Labels Sticker Mule already has, but I'd love it if there was a SMALLER circular size, below 1"
