Sometimes there is a promotion on a particular type of sticker (die-cut, circle) but even when I go to my account to re-order an item that matches the type of sticker being advertised, the discount is not applied. What results is I need to recreate my design and add the item back to my cart for the discount to apply. It would just be more seamless if the system recognized that the item matches the promotion already and automatically applied the discount. Also, if we could get more personalized alerts when items I've ordered are now on sale, I would purchase more often.
