Please change the italian carrier: BRT is quite the worst you can get in Italy, eelayed deliveries, custom service is very poor, tracking is useless.

I agree, BRT and UPS are a nightmare when the recipient is in Italy. DHL is the best, if you can chose something different rather than UPS. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.brt.it
