Contradiction in Proof Workflow

Hi, I had submitted an order for magnets. When I received the proof notification e-mail, the e-mail notes "Your artwork was upgraded using Upscale. ✨" so I replied to request that any AI upscaling/tweaks be removed since it was already a high-resolution photo directly from the photographer. I received the attached reply, which means either the e-mail note is incorrect, or the proof agent isn't able to see whether the AI was used or not and is mistaken. Thought I would send it in as feedback as it's contradicting itself. Screencap demonstrating what I mean attached.
