I use desktop (Mac, Chrome) to place orders and navigate the site, and I know I’m in the minority. However, it’s extremely difficult to order *some products via desktop. For example, if I just want to order T-shirts, I have no way to do it easily without going on mobile. In this example, when I compare the mobile to desktop version, it seems that the desktop version is cut off right below, where the ordering section is on mobile. I know that’s kind of a convoluted explanation, but as someone who considers themselves technically adept, not being able to order T-shirts without switching to mobile seems strange. I can gladly provide more info if it’s helpful; but it can’t be just me that’s experiencing this. And as a consumer, I know I am tenacious in getting a task done, but not everyone is. If somebody gets a soft redirect like that, you probably lose the sale.

I am trying to verify my account (from Germany), when I put my phone number in it automatically puts a zero in front and I am unable to delete it. It then gives me an error. Please help.

I placed an order and the system keeps emailing me and telling me there was something left in my cart and it's going to expire but there's nothing in my cart and I have an invoice saying I already placed the order. Not sure what's going on with this but it's annoying.

Feedback is Great. Yet, Sticker Mule Should Have a Contact Form!

I had an order of pins come with one where the pin was detached from the backing. A Sticker Mule representative was quick to offer a credit, but I hope none of the others have this issue. I hope there's some sort of testing done now or in the future to see how durable products like these are. Otherwise I've been satisfied with the quality of what I've received so far.

I ordered a bulk order of 50 buttons but a few came without backings and I've just now noticed as I'm going through the bags. I cannot find a "help" for this. Thank you

You send me an E-mail deal for 10 stickers for a dollar. When I go to the link it wants permission to send my phone alerts so I say yes. then it wants to send my computer pop ups and there is no way to decline the offer and move on. So there is no way to accept the offer without compromising the safety of my computer. James Thalken
