Damaged acrylic pin/Quality Control

I had an order of pins come with one where the pin was detached from the backing. A Sticker Mule representative was quick to offer a credit, but I hope none of the others have this issue.
I hope there's some sort of testing done now or in the future to see how durable products like these are. Otherwise I've been satisfied with the quality of what I've received so far.

I have been happy with the design and various offerings that Sticker Mule has to offer. I found the same as R Jones once persons received their pins. Given the quality I have seen I am hoping the recipients are ginger with their pins, but I am hoping the adhesion improves as the only connection seems to be the back of the sticker on the acrylic.
