It would be nice to have someone help create my vision

Not everyone is a graphic designer or is able to hire one. Maybe you could include a web based platform in your site where people can create their own art for the stickers.

Help designing it working on designs.

You guys do an excellent job with your proofs, why not take that same process of back and forth design for logos. Ask the customer a few questions, and then come up with the initial design for their approval and keep going with that process until a logo is born.

Help people come with a logo design and then make the sticker.
