I ordered 111 custom acrylic pins. the quality of 37 of them were unacceptable

The problems with the pins were: Severe super glue burn of the back and sides of the pins, pins glued together, pin backings completely off center, pin backings visible from the front of the pin, super glue gunk on the front off the pin, weird black smudges on the backside of the pin and pin backings falling off.

I sell pins and the issues with this batch made 37 out of the 111 unsellable. I was selling at a convention a week after the pins arrived to my home. I contacted the customer support, showed them photos and they set up to replace the bad pins, put a rush on the replacements and even have them delivered to my airbnb since the convention was far from my home.

I am very thankful for how helpful they were. When the pins arrived I noticed they had sent an entirely new batch. so instead of just 37, they sent 111. however I also noticed a portion of the replacements were also un-sellable.

In the end, I received enough good quality pins to compensate for the number of pins that were un-sellable.

I am very disappointed with how low the quality control is. I prefer to use companies based in the USA, and to lose an option due to something like quality control is very sad.

Especially since the price per pin is more than most companies.
