I ordered approximately $ 3,000 worth of t-shirts for my staff. The shirts, after one wear and one wash, developed a large stain (see picture). I wanted either a refund or for them to redo the order. At no point did Sticker Mule ever apologize. They wanted to put me through a series of tasks to get the shirts back to them. Other companies, whenever there was a mistake, either refunded or immediately, without question, sent a new order and we worried about returns later. Unfortunately, Sticker Mule customer service is below standard. They are expecting me to work for them and feel no need to apologize for their poor run. I do not recommend you place any order through them because they will make you work for their mistakes.
