When trying to make a holo sticker with opaque pastels, I was told that want possible. It should be possible to do a white, opaque underprint to achieve varying opacity.
Also add the option for full opaque colors in holo (not only white and black). So all colors opaque, and all transparent areas holo. (maybe print a white under layer?)
