The acrylic pins are to thick, it looked like our logo was in a fishbowl. Need to offer gold or silver metal custom design pins.

I had 18 of 50 pins arrive with the backs broken off. An idea is, it would be helpful if the black clutches weren't put together during production.They may be handled a bit too roughly in the rush to ship. The re-dos should be shipped back to customers at a quicker shipping rate.

Could roll safety clasp brooch bars be added as an option for the backs of the acrylic pins? I find they stay on better than the rubber capped needles currently on the pins.

Though the ones I got now work fine, my initial order refused to comply with me because the pins kept falling out due to the rubber backs not holding on.

I think the metal backs that cinch close may be a better alternative compared to the rubber ones unless I'm the only one who's dealt with this issue.
