We have many friends who are very happy with the new stickers that we received from you and are asking us who we got them. We wanted to setup with you on your Commissions program so that they could save $10 on their first order but the ID Verification process that you guys are using (or more accurately, are having a third party perform on your behalf) is beyond ridiculous. I have to provide the front and back of my photo ID? What in the world is that for? We are setup with a long list of vendors on programs similar to your Commissions program and have NEVER had to go through this type of nonsense. In a world where we have to continually be vigilant to avoid ID theft, you are requiring the front and back of our ID? Why would anyone give you that? For some unknown reason, I decided to give you that ... still can't believe I did that ... and once that was done (which by the way took several attempts over 15 minutes ... uuuggghhh) it then requires facial recognition. So now, along with my ID you need me to scan my face from all angles? FORGET IT! This is beyond unacceptable! When this blows up ... and it is only a matter of time before this third party gets hacked ... you guys are going to have one hell of a class action lawsuit against you. I am extremely disappointed, and it is my hope that you guys eliminate this garbage. We've always considered Sticker Mule to be a reputable company, but this makes you guys look like a front for identity theft. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
