Listen, I've been a Sticker Mule customer for years. I've watched the product selection grow, and I love it. I will be the first to admit I am a grumpy old woman when it comes to customer service at any store. I know no one is asking but there are only 2 companies that have aced the customer service game: Chick-fil-A and Sticker Mule. When there are opportunities in my office to purchase promotional materials, I do not advocate for quotes, shop around, or ask for samples. We go straight to Sticker Mule. Orders are placed the same day the ideas were born. No wasted time, reasonable prices, and genuinely high-quality product. What else would I be looking for? This is the only area where, as a manager, I am a dictator. The newbies always jump on board after the first order.

I always skip through the ads, but yours caught my attention. I liked it because it was professionally produced. crisp, concise. I thought your marketing strategy was clever and subtle: Informative about the product, suggesting its many uses to build interest rather than aggressively forcing a sale. Lastly, I liked the voiceover talent (Likeable, and I'm fairly certain not AI-generated), the incidental music (upbeat and relatable to any demographic). Refreshing. I don't see an email sign-up on your website; I'd like to receive periodic messages about creative ways to use your products, promotions, etc. Keep up the good work!

I’m always mesmerized by the odd and quirky interactions in this commercial. The facial expressions of the non-shrimp man are perfection. I luv how he doesn’t even notice the sudden change and does a very believable “double take” when he does notice. Shrimp-man has a good “flat” delivery that is a perfect contrast to the absurdity of becoming a full-on dancing shrimp-man. I prefer the ‘long version’ of the commercial where they dance at the end… I skip the shortened one, I’m always disappointed with the “no dancing” ending. It’s rare I like a commercial so much that I go out of my way to watch it alone as if it were the content and not the advertisement. Just placed my first order today… been looking for a “good reason” to try you all out for months now. Glad I finally found something I wanted printed enough to be able to be a customer. 🙏 PS… total props to the infinite picture within a picture tshirt; within real life.
