I work for a government municipality and do not have access to credit cards for payment. We are only able to send a check by be billed an invoice. It would be great to have on account billing so that entities like myself are able to order through Sticker Mule.

What time of the day are your Deal of Mule Madness over? I received your text for Day 3 of Mule Madness at 1:04pm. I was able to get around to buying it at 10:00pm (PT) and the deal doesn't show up. This has happened before with other deals. By the time I get around to being able to buy it at night, they no longer show up when I click on the link.

i believe you guys should become a record label and not sign but partner with independent artist could be more involved with the culture and artist directly not just an internet voucher setting the bar moving forward

I'd love to talk to someone about my billing... all my orders show they've been paid for and are in production yet I just got 6 emails saying my work is on hold til payment issues are worked out. What gives? Who can I talk to about this contradiction in messages to ensure things are rolling as promised?

The new upscaler interface is lacking important information upfront, about the MAXIMUM filesize in pixels and MBs or that can be uploaded and then exported. I was told by support that the maximum export size is 4032x4032, which is 13.5 inches at 300 dpi. The new upscaler does not specify 1X or 4X or 8X like before, so I can't tell what the interface scaling automatically selected. I need double the framesize 8064x8064 exported for my print projects

I suggest incorporating information about the daily upscale limit on the upscale page. Presently, the website lacks any notification regarding this restriction, resulting in a recurring situation where I invest time in attempting to upscale, only to receive subsequent emails indicating issues with the process. Clearly communicating the existence of a limit, either on the website or through email correspondence, would mitigate such challenges and contribute to a more streamlined experience for users.

Make it more apparent whether a customer is purchasing an individual sticker vs a roll of stickers.

Order R301488563 was amazing despite the fact I didn't provide a great sample. you guys did great! If our Safety team likes them, I will order more. Wendy
