Offering a discount for re-orders of a product would be a big incentive.

it would be neat to have a mockup image that could be downloaded after purchasing. mockups could be a sticker or product on a laptop, water bottle, car and more!

Allow customers to tweak and customize their design (border thickness, etc..) prior to placing an order.

There wasn’t a button for a multiple designs option towards the beginning of placing the order where you select your design after you select the amount of stickers and the size....I had to click on “skip this step and email artwork later”... if there was a separate button for ‘multiple designs click here’ or something it would be really appreciated, thanks

Would be great to have a kind of tracking system that starts when the order is submitted to see where the production is. Yesterday I was supposed to receive my stickers, when I emailed, I found out there was a delay in production so my stickers were arriving later. If this tracking system existed, I could plan for delays, instead of finding out day of that my item would not be arriving.

Allow customers to purchase a bulk quantity of stickers where each sticker has a unique variable data portion (i.e numeric codes, bar codes, etc.)

Id like to see the proof improved as I ordered a sample of 10 stickers and the proof showed certain things to be quite hard to read but as it was only costing $1 i approved it. before they arrived they had a promo on magnets so I made certain parts of my design bigger and still I was not happy that the social media logos were readable so I spent hours trying out different colour combinations to see if I could get a better result at the current size. in the end I was not going to risk them being useless so I opted to increase the size of the magnet from 3x3 to 4x4 at an additional $20 cost. When the original sample arrived to my surprise even in its smaller form all the social media logo's were perfectly readable and I feel I wasted $20 going bigger for nothing. A better quality proof would have saved me a lot of messing about where things looked blury they were fine in reality

Hey! It would be great if you guys had an App that made it easier to make and track purchases on the go! That way we could get notifications when something is shipped or arrived and we can quickly buy what we need without having to open up the website on mobile!

so far we have to wait for the proofing and than later realize the pic is not good enough or resolutioin is not enough! be nice if we can know or a ball park of what the resolution of the files to be and a live view after you upload the pictures

Would be nice to see the size of stickers compared to other objects (i.e. laptops, etc.)
